Villa Branco is a lovely family villa situated a few Kilometres outside the market town of Messines. The villa comfortably sleeps upto 8 guests, in 2 double and 2 twin rooms and has 1 en-suite bathroom.
Located on top of a hill, it has commanding south facing views and a large, 12m x 5m, private swimming pool with diving board, loungers, and sun shades. Location is excellent: only a short distance to Faro airport, many renowned golf courses, fabulous beaches and many fine restaurants within easy reach.

You enter the house in the open lounge/dining room that connects to the fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect in a modern kitchen, including gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The aircon lounge has a huge sofa with ample places to sit and enjoy the Sky TV, DVD and HIfi.

There are board games and books. The Villa comfortably sleeps 8 people, divided over two floors, in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. There is one main house bathroom and one en-suite. There are put me up beds for extra guests, cot and high chair for small children.

Provisional booking can be made by Email.
A contract will be sent by return, by Email.
Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

We provide towels and linen, but please bring your own beach towel. A clean villa, however, we ask you to leave the property tidy at the end, no dirty dishes, and please remove your rubbish and empty bottles; We are happy to assist you with any car hire, outdoor activities, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need. Most villa’s, the owner supply a welcome refreshment, like a bottle of wine, some fruit, water and or some snacks and we try to have in all the villa’s information about things to do in the Algarve and local maps. We also invite you to our blog, where we inform you about things to do in the Algarve, information about the Algarve, Special offers, new villa’s we take on. You can subscribe to our blog, so you will never miss any information.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In our opinion, this makes a hire car or mini-bus essential.
We would also reccomend hiring viechles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September.

We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
