Provisional booking can be made by Email. A contract will be sent by return, by Email. Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. You will then receive a booking confirmation. Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.
Click 'Availability' for calender: We cannot guarantee all calendars are up to date, due to provisional bookings and cancellations. Not all owners supply us the latest update. After your booking, we will wait for confirmation from the owner, to make sure the villa of your choice is available. You can always email or call us first to be sure the dates requested is available. Check what the change over day is, some villa’s are flexible, but many have fixed days. All villas are flexible in low season, and some in mid season. Next to the prices we have a tag which tells you this.
