Casa do Rio Silves is located in a hamlet, just outside the picturesque historic town of Silves, with magnificent views over the Arade river. This open plan 2 storey villa, built in 2012, has 3 bedrooms, a private pool and a lovely upstairs terrace offering superb countryside views.
Although the villa is situated in the interior of the Algarve, all necessary facilities and highlights are within a short distance. Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a few kilometres away, situated on a hill known for its cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and castle.

Casa do Rio is fully furnished and decorated in a modern style with an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and a dining area with a large table and 8 chairs. All bedrooms are spacious and fitted with double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning, the first is located on the ground floor with a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The other two are en-suite and located on the first floor, both with large walk-in showers and private terraces with gorgeous river views.

For the perfect place to enjoy the sunset, go up to the top floor of the villa, where you will find a large private terrace and fully take in the superb river views.

The old fairy-like Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a few kilometres away from the villa Silves. It’s a pleasant town on a hill with cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a castle. Messines is a typical Portuguese village with an authentic centre, sunny terraces and charming cafés.
From the villa Silves towards the beautiful coast of the Algarve is only 15 minutes by car. Here you’ll find lively coastal resorts as well as small fishing villages where you can still experience a Portuguese atmosphere. The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches.
If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari. There are several golf courses near the villa Silves.
