Considered to be one of the most important cultural events in the Algarve region, the MED Festival blends music from all around the world with Mediterranean culture and achieves a perfect combination of the most diverse artistic expressions.
Music is given special importance at this festival, with stages being set up in particularly attractive places all around the historic center, where more than 40 established bands and performers will be playing “world music”.
Besides music, the intense program of cultural entertainment offered to the festival’s visitors will consist of a wide and diversified range of gastronomy, street entertainment, theater, exhibitions and Mediterranean-inspired crafts.
During these hot summer days, Loulé will be transformed into a city filled with high quality entertainment and open to the world.
