Casa L

The luxurious Casa L is the first house of a uniquely designed split-level villa from 2016, located on 5,500 m2 of private land. The second house of the villa is private and attached to Casa L. The rental prices are based on the fact that this house can be inhabited by one or two of the Dutch owners during your stay. Regardless of their presence or not: if you rent Casa L you will always have exclusive use of your swimming pool, the sun terraces around the pool, the hammock terrace, and the pétanque court. Because of the transverse position and difference in height of both houses, lots of privacy is guaranteed for everyone.

Casa L can comfortably accommodate 4 people (90m2). The living room is modern and bright with a complete, open-planned kitchen and a nicely decorated lounge area. The outside spaces offer both shadow and sun: the living room sliding doors bring you to your private east terrace with panoramic views and on the other side the large south-west facing patio is located. This is also the barbecue area and it’s fenced, so children can play safely. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (180m) and sliding doors to the sunny east terrace. A second spacious bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a private washing facility. There is one luxuriously finished bathroom with a rain shower and hand shower. All rooms have air conditioning: cooling and heating. In the large hallway, you find extensive tourist information, brochures and books, and there are games and DVDs. For small children, there are pool and beach toys.

Outside Casa L

Pool and leisure area: via your private east terrace you walk to your private backyard with the beautifully situated swimming pool behind the villa, purified with magnesium salt (good for skin and anti-allergenic!). Here are more breathtaking views of the hills and there is a beautiful sun terrace with a large outside dining table where you can eat and sit in the shade.

The first part of the pool is shallow and possible to close off with a line: ideal for small children! A jet stream ensures that you can swim the necessary ‘laps’. The pool can be heated (against costs) between the beginning of April and mid-October. Below the swimming pool are 2 more terraces in the forest, where you can relax or play pétanque. Here are also 2 hammocks and a swing for small children.

Attached to the pool area is another apartment for 2 extra people.

You will notice little of all the tourists who visit the Algarve in the high season, but if you wish you can be in the bustle within half an hour. Casa L therefore offers the perfect basis for a wonderful and luxurious holiday for families, food lovers, nature lovers, and sports enthusiasts!

Remarks

• The pool apartment has an extra living room, kitchenette, and en-suite bedroom.
• Minimum stay: 6 nights, arrival/departure possible on any day.
• The security deposit is 150 euros.
• Electricity included.
• Air conditioning: normal (conscious) use included. Above 50 KwH per week is calculated according to consumption.
• With a stay of at least 12 nights; 1 x small cleaning in between is included.
• Pool heating is available on request between the beginning of April and mid-October, 50 Euros + daily costs (around 10 euros a day extra).
• Due to its location, the pool with sundeck loses its sun position in winter, from the end of October till early April.
• Non-smoking house.
• No youth groups under 25 years old are allowed.
