Area

The ocean, the typical cliffs and the centre of Carvoeiro are within a 12-minute walk. in the vicinity. Within a couple of minutes, you walk to the centre of this lively village. In summer there always is live music at the square. Really a great destination to spend your holidays! At 300m you will find the very good L´Orange Restaurant and the Vila Nova Restaurant is also nearby.

Casa Lagarto is located in the small wine region of Caramujeira, close to the beaches of Praia da Marinha and Praia de Benagil. The lively village of Carvoeiro is only 5 km away. The renovated two bedroom house offers all the comfort you need for a perfect holiday or a long winter stay! 

Living room and kitchen

The living room has a TV with IPTV – with all channels of the world, nice couch and chairs for relaxing and is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combination. Coffee can be made with a capsule machine. The kitchen has a door giving access to the back terrace and the BBQ area.

The washing machine can be found in the storage room.

Bedrooms

There are two double bedrooms. There is also plenty of cupboard space in one bedroom. The second bedroom has a clothes rack and a dresser. Both rooms have air-conditioning.

With five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, this house comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower in the bath. The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower in the bath and one with just a shower.

Welcome to A Casa Nossa, an enchanting retreat completely renovated in 2023 and ready to welcome you in style and comfort. Located in a serene rural setting, this charming holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A Casa Nossa has 110m2 of living space.

There is a private parking lot behind the house, accessible through a private gate. The property enjoys a completely secluded location, yet is central to many amenities.

Cristo Apartments T1

The Cristo apartments consist of 5 fully fitted apartments on a small private resort with communal areas located on a hill just outside Lagos and Luz. This is the perfect place to go away as a large group while still being able to enjoy your own private space including your own kitchen and lounge!

Accommodation

There are 5 apartments in total.

There are two 1-bed apartments (named Lime and Plum) and three 2 beds (Apartments Almond, Orange and Lemon), each one is fully air-conditioned and has a Freesat 32” TV and DVD player. All the apartments’ kitchens have a cooker, hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer (the 1-bed apartments do not have a freezer compartment), dishwasher and kettle. There is a communal washing machine and tumble dryer and gas BBQ. There is a sofa bed in each apartment which can sleep either 1 adult or 2 small children, making the resort able to fit a total of 21 adults or 16 adults and 10 children (or something in between the two!)

If staying for one week or more, there is a mid-week maid service to clean the apartment and change bed linen. All towels including pool towels are provided.

At the front of the complex, there is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, while the back has a children’s play area with a trampoline, basketball, table tennis and snooker table, together with access to the vast gardens. The outdoor kitchen has a large selection of soft drinks, wines and spirits which can be purchased at a nominal charge with cash. The ideal environment to socialise with the rest of the group!

Apartment Casa Marina Sky

The sailing harbour with restaurants & supermarket is only a 5-min walk. In a 20 minutes walk you can reach the nearest beach.

The huge private and covered balcony invites you to relax and feel good. From several seating areas and sun loungers, one overlooks the well-kept garden and pool area. Large sliding doors open the living/dining area to the balcony.

Villa Monte dos Agostos

The spacious single-level house showcases an Algarve panorama of ocean and mountains masterfully displayed by the living room’s retractable large windows. The with art decorated main living room combines with the adjacent dining area and creates a space appropriate for elaborate entertaining, also with a romantic fireplace for wintertime. The luxury kitchen stands ready to accommodate the most discerning chef or caterer. The house includes a hallway with separate guest toilet, three bedrooms with large closets, one with separate walk-in closet. There are 2 double beds (160 cm wide), 2 large singles and 3 bathrooms, two with bath / toilet and one small, basic one with shower / toilet.

The outside area is amazing, providing a large spacious swimming pool, terraces, sun beds, barbecue area, a 4th bathroom with shower / toilet and in the front of the house a large space to park your cars inside the closed gate. You have access to a roof terrace from where there are even better views then from the pool area, and where you can also enjoy the sparkling lights of Faro.

  • The house is located in a residential area with amenities like tennis court and top restaurant around the corner. It is perfectly suited for families and friends who wish to relax and it is not suitable for party groups. No groups allowed under 25 years old.
  • All rooms except kitchen have air-conditioning for cooling and heating.

  • Behind the kitchen there is a TV corner with a large corner sofa.

An outside staircase takes you to the basement, this is a full ground floor. Here you will find:

Upper floor:

Villa Casa dos Netos

Casa dos Netos is a luxury villa, situated between the historic town of Silves and São Bartolomeu de Messines, in the little town called Amorosa. There is a small supermarket opposite the house and Amorosa also has some small bars, where you can drink your beer with the locals.

The villa is great for everyone, families or friends. It’s decorated Portuguese style with very nice modern touches, and is wheelchair friendly – there are ramps and a large walk-in shower. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms and a smaller children’s room. All rooms have fans.

Accommodation (3 + 1 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, 8 persons)

Casa dos Netos boasts a highly equipped kitchen, featuring an electric cooker and oven, an array of coffee machines, a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. The expansive open-plan kitchen includes sliding doors that lead to a sheltered terrace and the pool area. This kitchen seamlessly flows into the generous living space, outfitted with a large satellite television.

All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, each spacious and fitted with a fan. The sleeping accommodations comprise two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and another room furnished with bunk beds.

The property is fitted with underfloor heating and cooling systems, the cost of which is incorporated into the rental price.

Outside

Casa dos Netos has a saltwater pool with sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. There is a covered terrace with a large table and chairs to enjoy al fresco wining and dining or enjoy a charcoal BBQ.

Surroundings

The luxury villa is located near the lively town of Messines and Silves, an ancient coastal town in the Algarve, proud of its historic past – in ancient times it used to be the capital of the Algarve. 

Although Casa dos Netos is a very nice modern villa in the Algarve, you might want to undertake some other activities than lounging around your private pool and enjoying the lush view. Messines is a typical market town in the central part of Algarve Portugal. Here you can find the real Algarve. In Messines the locals enjoy their ‘bica’ (espresso) while playing domino or talking about the latest orange prices.

Very popular is the Zoo Marine, near Albufeira, and there are a few waterslide parks, all about 20/25 minutes drive away from Casa dos Netos. Other water sports, like sailing, surfing etc are easy to arrange at the coastal places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro and Portimao. Dolphin trips you can do from Portimao, Ferragudo and Lagos. Trips to the caves, the most popular one is at Benagil. 

Playing golf in the Algarve is not a problem at all, about 40 renowned golf courses spread over the Algarve. Closest to the villa is Silves Golf.

A perfect 4-bed holiday villa with a private pool in a quiet area of Lagos is ideal for a group of friends or families with children who are looking for more than just a pool holiday! The well-maintained property is just a 5-minute walk to essential amenities like a supermarket and some fun extras like tennis and squash courts, is also just a short drive to the town centre, beaches and marina (harbour).

Accommodation

There is a large open dining and sitting area with ample sofas and chairs, air-conditioning for hot and cold air plus a wood burner for the winter. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need plus an extra drinks fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and TV. Here, there is a small breakfast table and a door to a back terrace with a BBQ area, and for the days you don’t want to leave the villa but fancy more than just another swim or lounging in the sun, make use of the ping pong table and table football and have some fun!

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en-suite, the remaining bedrooms are upstairs and all but one have air conditioning.

The best thing about Villa Lagos is of course – LAGOS! Possibly the best holiday destination in the Algarve, it has a lot to offer. If you head to the marina you will see what a variation of water sports on offer and various highly recommended boat and sailing trips.

If you like to play golf, there are a few renowned golf courses around the corner, like Palmares Golf and Boa Vista, definitely worth a visit.

Whatever you like, Lagos is bound to have it, the town centre includes a vast choice of bars and restaurants, nice markets, museums, shops and last but not least, some of the most stunning beaches the Algarve has to offer! From white-stretched sandy beaches like Meia Praia to small cosy golden rock formations like Dona Ana. There are many nice beach bars, where you can eat fresh fish, and drink delicious cocktails while listening to live music and looking over the Atlantic Ocean! What else would you need for your holiday in Portugal?
