Our stay at Villa Maravilha went very well, with a few minor issues upon arrival, but these were quickly resolved with the help and responsiveness of the manager, Sara.
The villa is located on the outskirts of the village, close to supermarkets and the local market. A bakery, café and restaurant are 5-10 minutes away by car.
The villa offers enough space for two families; we were five adults and two teenagers.
The outdoor area with the pool, terrace and barbecue is fantastic and, for us, the highlight of this property.
The kitchen equipment could be improved with a few everyday items, but there is enough crockery, which is not always the case in rental properties. A little more effort with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen would not go amiss.
My verdict: I would recommend Villa Maravilha because of the large, enclosed grounds, the layout of the bedrooms and, above all, the outdoor space! And for the kindness and responsiveness of Sara, who was always there to help us.
