The space

Casa Branca provides a comfortable and practical countryside layout, making it an excellent retreat for families or friends. The property is designed for privacy and relaxation, offering a great balance of outdoor living and essential modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV.

Casa Flamingo is a fabulous and completely renovated 1 bedroom town-house with a great view and location overlooking the beautiful countryside and Monchique mountains. Casa Flamingo is situated on the beautiful resort Quinta do Rosal.

The bustling coastal village of Carvoeiro is just 5 km away and there are several sandy beaches (Marinha, Albandeira and Benagil) and golf courses (Vale de Milho and Pestana) within easy driving distance.

The space

Casa Flamingo has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The living room offers a large sofa, IPTV + Netflix and a dining table. Of course, the kitchen is fully fitted, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combi microwave/oven. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00m and enough space to store your clothes. The en-suite shower room has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet facilities. Enjoy your breakfast or dinner on one of the outside terraces.

Location

The village of Carvoeiro has many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs, banks and chemists. Along with the beautiful sandy beaches of Benagil and Marinha are just 5 min drive away. Lagoa is the nearest town with a local fish market and two large supermarkets for all your needs. For a fabulous family day out, visit the historic town of Silves with its ancient Moorish castle, or visit the fantastic water park (Slide and Splash) and theme park (Zoo Marine) all are a short drive away.

The ocean, the typical cliffs and the centre of Carvoeiro are within a 12-minute walk. in the vicinity. Within a couple of minutes, you walk to the centre of this lively village. In summer there always is live music at the square. Really a great destination to spend your holidays! At 300m you will find the very good L´Orange Restaurant and the Vila Nova Restaurant is also nearby.

Casa Lagarto is located in the small wine region of Caramujeira, close to the beaches of Praia da Marinha and Praia de Benagil. The lively village of Carvoeiro is only 5 km away. The renovated two bedroom house offers all the comfort you need for a perfect holiday or a long winter stay! 

Living room and kitchen

The living room has a TV with IPTV – with all channels of the world, nice couch and chairs for relaxing and is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combination. Coffee can be made with a capsule machine. The kitchen has a door giving access to the back terrace and the BBQ area.

The washing machine can be found in the storage room.
