Casa Dona Antonia

In a hamlet called Amorosa, which means “loving” in Portuguese, you will find Casa Dona Antonia.The main house was lovingly restored in 2022, keeping much of its original details and creating a modern style.

Throughout the whole property local products were used, such as in the hallway, with its antique floor tiles, wich leads on the left to a spacious open plan kitchen/living and to the right hand side there are the 2 double bedrooms en suite.

At the back of the house you find a spacious courtyard surrounded by former barns that have been transformed into 4 double bedrooms en suite, each with their own entrance. One of them has its own kitchen and living area.

The courtyard is the heart of Casa Dona Antonia. With a large family table under a pergola next to the outside kitchen with BBQ . The place to enjoy an afternoon drink, a meal made by all, or decide who will win the next game of chess. There is a built-in outdoor kitchen unit with BBQ, sink, fridge and extra dishwasher.

Outside you will also find the enclosed salt water pool (4,5 x 6,5 m , max depth 1,5 m) in which to refresh yourself on a hot day.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom. The main house contains 2 bedrooms and the annexes 4 bedrooms. All beds can be adjusted to single beds.

Casa do Funcho

Located in the Algarvian countryside along the Funcho Lake, this 5-bed villa is the ideal get-a-way for families with children and babies. Because of its serene position, Casa do Funcho is often used for retreats and has all you need for yoga and painting holidays, it is also a popular wedding venue in the Algarve.

If you are looking for something special, away from it all, this original Portuguese farmhouse is tastefully renovated and furnished to current standards with modern facilities in a contemporary style in an idyllic location. Enjoy the stunning sunsets from your terrace!

Accommodation:

There is a large lounge with 3 comfy sofas and a smart TV with catch-up TV (international channels like Sky TV, National Geographic and a DVD library), it also has its own piano!

The family includes a well-equipped kitchen with a large electric hob, 2 ovens, an extra fridge, and an American fridge with an ice machine. The dining table sits 10 and has air conditioning throughout. If you don’t plan on cooking during your stay, it might be worth asking us about hiring a private chef for you and your family, we would be happy to help!

There is an extra bunk bed room often used for the teacher(s) when retreats are taking place and up to 12 mats and bolsters can be supplied.

Children and babies are very welcome, in fact, it has all sorts of equipment specifically catered for your young family to make your holiday as easy as possible, playpens, fences, all baby equipment and various toys are included in this stunning villa so you don’t have to worry about forgetting about anything!

All bedrooms have mosquito nets for the windows and air-conditioning and can be made up as double or twin for your convenience. The ground-floor bedrooms have ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers as well as doors that open to the garden from the Master bedroom.

The large family house has both covered and uncovered decks suited to outdoor dinners, relaxing or exercising while overlooking the Funcho river and dam. There is also a gas BBQ at your disposal, a small infinity pool with superb, uninterrupted countryside and river views.

How about a drink in one of the sun loungers, watching the sun go down? Casa do Funcho truly is the ultimate place for you and your family and friends to completely, disconnect, relax and unwind.

Surroundings:

The 5-bed villa is located just outside of Messines, away from the madding crowds, surrounded by lush countryside but still less than 30-minute drive to the coast. From the property, walk along the Via Algarvia, an excellent trek worth doing to enjoy the countryside and allow your mind to wander.

All necessary facilities and highlights like shops, bars, restaurants and main towns are within a small drive from the family villa. The old town of Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a 20-minute drive away. Silves is a pleasant town on a hill with cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a castle. Messines, a 7-minute drive from the luxury villa, is a typical Portuguese village with an authentic centre, sunny terraces and charming cafés.

The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches. If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet-skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari.

Some ideas we recommend doing while staying at this property are: a SUP tour (stand-up paddle) in the Funcho river, Wine tasting, Via Algarviana walking tour, Quad biking, E-bike tour or simply enjoy a massage without even leaving the house!

Casa da Palmeira

The owners of this very complete, original farmhouse are real collectors of tropical and subtropical plants and trees. This resulted in a 5,000m2 landscaped garden with many palms, which explains the name Casa da Palmeira. The total plot on which the villa is located is no less than 8.000m2. Everywhere in the beautiful lush garden are terraces and seating areas to relax in the shade of old trees. Of course, you can pick from the fruit trees. You can sunbathe at the swimming pool, which is heated by solar boilers. It can be covered so that even in January the water temperature is still a pleasant temperature. The cover can also be used as a parasol on the hottest days. Your privacy is guaranteed in and around the entire house.

The once-old farmhouse has been beautifully restored and extended, with attention to the hand-baked and painted tiles. The old hand-stacked thick boulder walls are sometimes almost 1 meter thick! There is a nice combination of an attractive, intimate house and bright spaces such as the conservatory at the front and the modern upstairs bedroom with a panoramic view. The view from that room is breathtaking; from Albufeira to Faro you can see the entire coastline!

On the ground floor is an intimate sitting room to relax and watch TV (Dutch and Portuguese). The area with the beautiful large conservatory with a dining table and connecting outdoor terrace is where you will spend most of your time. The conservatory glass is part tempered, against the heat (and cold). There is a fully equipped, restored farmhouse kitchen. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower, sink and toilet and one with bath, double sink, toilet and bidet. On the first and top floor is the beautiful panorama bedroom with balcony, with 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom. At the pool is an extra room with a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).

The secluded location and the underfloor heating make Casa da Palmeira also a wonderful holiday home in winter.

Casa da Pedra do Cuco

About the place:

Casa da Pedra do Cuco is a beautiful luxury villa, situated in a quiet green valley with hills, vineyards and orange groves in the interior of the Algarve. Set amid an unspoiled countryside between Silves en Messines, the luxury villa offers totally secluded luxury on a private estate of 8000 m2. The view at the surrounding olive orchards, fruit trees and hills is truly astonishing.

The luxury villa Silves was renovated under the supervision of an architect and is suitable for 12 persons. Casa da Pedra do Cuco breathes an atmosphere of quietness and peacefulness and offers a paradise where you can enjoy sundown, relax in a hammock, cool off in the private pool or read a book in the shade of an olive tree.

Accommodation:

The luxury villa is warmly and elegantly decorated with a successful mixture of modern and rustic elements. The entire villa is provided with air conditioning.

The large living/dining room has a high wooden ceiling, a large dining table, a comfortable sitting area and a cosy fireplace. Large folding doors lead to the terrace outside.

The fully equipped kitchen is provided with all the modern comfort you could wish for. If you don’t want to eat out or cook yourself, Casa da Pedra do Cuco offers the possibility to have your own cook. Whether you like an international menu or an authentic Portuguese meal, your chef will serve you a tasteful lunch or dinner!

The bedrooms of the villa Casa da Pedra do Cuco, all have comfortable beds and high-quality linen and bath towels. The master bedroom has its own fireplace. There are 5 bedrooms in total of which 2 are situated in a separate apartment near the pool. All 4 bathrooms are cosy and luxurious. The 2 rooms in the apartment have a shared bathroom.

Children are warmly welcomed in the luxury villa Silves and will surely feel at home. There are two cots, two high chairs and children’s cutlery and crockery.

Outside:

The luxury villa Silves is adjusted for outdoor living with beautiful gardens, a private pool and several sunny and shady places to relax. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water, fridges, a built-in barbecue and cooking facilities.

The main terrace has a large dining table and offers a splendid view of the swimming pool and surrounding green hills. It’s a perfect place to enjoy your lunch or dinner, sitting in the natural shade of the old olive trees with a glass of Portuguese wine in your hand.

In the garden of the luxury villa, there are several terraces, a patio with a large lounge area, and a veranda with an enormous cushion and sitting area. They all offer lovely spots to unwind and relax and enjoy the quietness and nature.

The inviting swimming pool is the sparkling centre of the gardens with its lovely olive and fruit trees. Swimming, sunbathing or relaxing in the comfortable lounge chairs really feels like paradise! There is a special field with a playing ground for the children.

Although Casa da Pedra do Cuco is situated in the interior of the Algarve, all necessary facilities and highlights are within a small distance from the luxury villa.

Casa Cristo

About the luxury villa:

Casa Cristo is a high-end luxury villa just a short drive to the historic and seaside city of Lagos, close to beaches and all amenities, as well as a great spot to go visit the superb western Algarve.

The villa is great for everyone, families or friends and is wheelchair friendly – there are ramps and large walk-in showers. It has air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout and 5 large en-suite bedrooms, one of which with its own sauna.

Accommodation:

Casa Cristo has a very well-equipped kitchen, with a gas hob with 5 rings, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and 2 ovens. The open-plan lounge is large and spacious with a nice gas fire and sliding doors to a covered terrace and to the pool area. Complete with a large satellite TV, DVD player, and music system with speakers for the outside. The adjacent dining area has some board games like Monopoly, Chess and Scrabble to entertain the family on the odd occasion the sun decides not to shine!

The five bedrooms are divided over 2 levels, all of which have a safe, hairdryer, sat. TV, DVD, air-conditioning, terrace with table and chairs, mosquito screens and en-suites with floor heating, double sinks, towel heater, soap and hand lotion.

Casa Colina

Casa Colina is a beautiful countryside villa in Algarve, situated in the quiet green valley of the little countryside village of Vale Fuzeiros. This valley in the interior of the Algarve is covered with hills, vineyards, and orange groves. Set amid an unspoiled countryside between Silves and Messines, the luxury villa offers unspoilt views on a private estate of 3000 m2.

The luxury villa Algarve lies near to Messines and was renovated and completed in 2011. The countryside villa Algarve is suitable for 12 to 16 persons. Casa Colina breathes an atmosphere of quietness and peacefulness and offers a paradise where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises while relaxing on the terrace or cooling off in the private pool.

The Accommodation:

Casa Colina near Messines has a well equipped, rustic kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A washing machine is also present. The spacious living area of the luxury villa Algarve is connected to the open kitchen. It has high ceilings, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, DVD and stereo player.

The bedrooms of the luxury villa Algarve are cosy and they all have twin beds. On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is en-suite. The other one is a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are nicely tiled, have a Moroccan atmosphere and a large walk-in shower with rain shower! One of them is so large that the whole family can shower together, at the same time!

Upstairs you will find another 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedrooms share bathrooms. One of the 4 rooms has 4 single beds. This particular bedroom of the luxury villa Algarve is the favourite bedroom of every child! Needless to say, but from the upstairs room, you have fantastic views over the valley of Vale Fuzeiros!

Outside:

As the weather is perfect in the Algarve, you will be living outside for most of the time. Casa Colina near Messines is ideal for this. There is a large covered colonial terrace, with ample soft seating and large Moroccan table and chairs. It offers a lovely place to wine and dine, while enjoying the views. The terrace is fenced, to avoid the little ones going unattended to the pool area. A few steps take you down to the nice garden, with lawn, private pool and outdoor kitchen of the luxury villa Algarve.

The garden of luxury villa Algarve has an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ. Together with table and chairs, this is an ideal spot to enjoy some dinners during your holiday in the Algarve. The saltwater pool has an infinity edge with an overflow to a basin over the whole length of the pool. The shallow water basin is ideal for children.

The whole plot of the luxury villa Algarve is fenced and next to Casa Colina is a little playground, making Casa Colina a perfect place for families with children. There is an electric gate.

Casa Carob

Casa Carob is a beautifully decorated 4-bed villa equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The luxury villa is in a lovely rural location in Boliqueime, ideal for a quiet, relaxing family holiday. There is a stunning heated pool, cinema room, pool table and mini gym so there will always be something to entertain all the family!

The rooms are bright and spacious and decorated to a high standard with plenty of storage.

Casa Canasta

Approach Casa Canasta with a song in your heart. This wonderful four-bedroom, especially elegant, family villa sits majestically in an elevated position with landscaped gardens and breathtaking views across the Algarve landscape towards the coast and the Atlantic beyond.  Situated only minutes away from bustling market towns and the renowned sandy beaches of this unspoiled area, Casa Canasta promises an unforgettable retreat with unashamed luxury.

Entering through private lockable gates, the first view of this magical home is the full-size pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and, of course, the view!  Add to this, exceptionally high furnishings, super modern gadgets and high-speed wifi, and the fun begins. The spacious living room with pale tiled floors, comfy seating and local artwork, leads onto the covered terrace through double French Windows. With comfortable seating for 8, and additional rattan sofas, this is where you will probably have your breakfast (and lunch…..and dinner…) everyone can enjoy the 10m x 5m pool with a poolside shower and BBQ.

The separate dining room with its round granite table is perfect for Spring and Autumn holidays. The contemporary kitchen where everything that you could possibly need has been provided – including American fridge with ice maker, combi microwave oven, dishwasher Nespresso machine, coffee maker and orange squeezer (pick your own oranges in the garden)  The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.  Three bedrooms – two en-suites plus a family bathroom – are on this floor. Each of these rooms has twin beds that zip together to make a king. Upstairs is the master bedroom has stunning views from each of its two terraces – one to the East which enjoys the morning sun and the other to the West of the villa.  Cool cotton bedding and fluffy towels complete the charm and the house is fully air-conditioned.

The star of the show has to be the gardens and the terraces (made from local Santa Catarina handmade tiles).  Around the pool are sunbathing corners and lawned areas and just behind the gate, on the east side, is an orchard with citrus fruits and our hidden “sundowner” corner.  There are additional seating areas – one around the Peppertree and others hidden behind the palm tree. You will find your own hiding place where you can snooze with a book.  Casa Canasta has a completely walled perimeter and parking for up to 3 cars.

Casa Bordeira

Casa Bordeira is a traditional villa built in 1914 and entirely renovated in 2009 while keeping the Algarvian style and charm, offering a perfect balance of modern comfort and centenary stones. Located in the countryside within a 15-minute drive to Faro, the capital of the Algarve, the villa is named after the typical Portuguese village of Bordeira.

Accommodation:

The villa, complete with high-quality materials, and spacious and bright open areas, has been restored and refurbished to a modern, stylish holiday home with a tranquil and cosy feel. Many old details and beautiful original stone walls have been preserved where possible.

The lounge has a comfortable sitting area with TV, DVD, stereo and WI-FI. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area is large and modern as is the open hall which has large windows and another seating area.

Casa Bordeira is a south-facing countryside villa with 10.000 meters of private grounds making it the perfect place to relax! You can take a refreshing dip in the large pool, sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or read a book in one of the many shady areas around the villa, there is also a table tennis table which can be enjoyed by all the family!

There are various lovely sitting and dining areas providing perfect spots to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful and peaceful walled garden.

The gardens are complete with nice lawns, plants, lots of flowers and some old olive trees – the perfect place for relaxing!

Casa Avalon

Casa Avalon is a luxury villa in the countryside close to the famous Golden Triangle. The colonial-style villa is full of character and taste, it is no ordinary villa! The property is actually lived in for most of the year by the owners and only rented out during the Summer months so it really is a home away from home complete with everything you could possibly need in a cosy homey setting.

Accommodation:

The villa has many lovely large areas you can enjoy as a group both inside as well as outside, it also has lots of lovely little spots for some quiet time. Enjoy the covered areas with large wooden tables and chairs and lush countryside and coastal views. There is a good-sized BBQ terrace as well as a first-floor veranda looking over the pool and garden to escape to.

The luxury villa has 2 levels, the entrance brings you straight into the kitchen and onto a large dining room plus a rather large separate comfortable TV room. The kitchen is well equipped with 3 double electric plates, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large American fridge with an ice machine. The lower level has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with another large lounge.

For the villa to sleep up to 14 people there is an Annex, located approximately 100 meters from the main house. It is fully fitted with a ceiling fan, TV and kitchenette with 2 electric plates and fridge. It also has its own private terrace with a table and chairs.

The luxury villa has an eco garden with no lawns but, instead, low maintenance plants and bushes, perfect for a stroll through to find a rose garden to relax. The garden sits on the lower level of the property with a large covered gas BBQ with one side looking towards the pool area and the other side to the countryside views. There is a further downstairs large covered terrace with sofas, with a small extra kitchen with a drinks fridge. Most bedrooms have doors to the garden and pool areas.

Casa Arrochela

Casa Arrochela is a beautiful luxury villa Algarve, situated at the south banks of the Arade river in the middle of the protected area ‘Arrochela’ near Silves. The unspoiled views from the private terrace and gardens take your breath away. Looking along the river towards Portimao you can see river banks, hilly slopes with lots of nature and bird life, unspoiled rough hills and various water streams.

Thanks to a total renovation the former farmhouse was transformed into a comfortable, luxury villa Algarve with respect for the specific minimalistic architecture of the house itself. Accommodation:

Casa Arrochela near Silves is decorated with natural elements, combined with high-quality materials and equipment. All rooms have nice decorations, high-quality beds and linen. The villa Silves has 4 en-suite bedrooms.

When you enter the luxury villa Algarve you will find a guest toilet on your left. The first bedroom is on your right. This twin bedroom is suitable for disabled guests, with a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is amended for the disabled.

There are two more twin rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The master bedroom of the luxury villa Algarve is situated on the first floor, offering a large terrace that overlooks the Arade river, plus has a comfortable double bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.

The very well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is attached to a spacious, light dining and lounge area with large windows. Doors lead to the various terraces that surround the luxury villa Algarve, all offering magnificent views at the countryside.

Outside:

Casa Arrochela has a beautiful, natural outside area with various wooden decks combined with colourful plants and flowers. The villa Silves has terraces at different levels with sunny as well as shady areas, all offering stunning views over the river Arade, as far as Portimao.

The larger covered terrace with large table and ample chairs is the perfect spot for your outside lunches and dinners. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge, freezer and built-in BBQ. One level below the covered terrace of the luxury villa Silve, you will find the private swimming pool with its nice sun lounge areas. Further to the river, but adjacent to the deck you find a large jacuzzi with fantastic views over the river…

On the eastern part, where you enter the luxury villa Silves, is a ramp, providing wheelchair access to the terrace and pool area. Here you will also find another small terrace to enjoy your breakfast while the sun is rising.

Casa Alfanzina

Casa Alfanzina is a very nice villa near the lively and popular Carvoeiro. Located in the countryside, but within walking distance to the beach and to the center of Carvoeiro. The villa Carvoeiro has a mature, large garden, and a private and heated (optional) pool.

Accommodation:

Casa Alfanzina has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. Large lounge/dining area with doors to terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped. The pictures show the bedrooms on the right, left part is the lounge and kitchen.

The master bedroom of the Casa Alfanzina has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Casa Alfanzina has two twin rooms (each room with two single beds) and those bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has an air-con unit (optional)

The kitchen is well equipped with among others: an electric hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and toaster. The pantry has a washing machine and iron facilities.

Casa Alfanzina has central heating and a wood burner. Wi-Fi, DVD and satellite TV are available.

Outside:

Although it is only a 10-minute walk to the lively village Carvoeiro, you can easily find privacy and peace in the secluded garden. The well-maintained garden has lawns, and many fruit trees like oranges, lemons, figs and almonds. From the garden, you can walk down to the village of Carvoeiro, a nice walk!

With a few steps down you enter the pool area with sun lounges and umbrellas around the pool which has an option to be heated. The partly covered terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners, looking over the pool and garden. A built-in BBQ will make your holiday complete at Casa Alfanzina!

Due to the Covid-19 safety measures, check-in time has been moved to 16h00 for all villas.

If the arrival date is not a changeover day, guests are welcome to check-in earlier, subject to confirmation.

Furthermore, the basic cleaning service will be provided twice a week, on days to be confirmed for each stay (we will leave this info at the villa prior to the guest’s arrival).

We will not be meeting and greeting guests after arrival, due to revised Covid-19 safety measures for our staff. We will, of course, continue to provide technical customer support services whenever required.

Casa Alba

The authentic facade on the street does not give away what is offered in the house. Downstairs sleeping and a TV room, upstairs a living kitchen on a lovely large terrace with a plunge pool, a BBQ and attractive views over the village. An even higher terrace is a fantastic lounge area with even views to the river. A small car can reach the house for groceries and parking is available in less than 100 meters. The house has been renovated in a Mediterranean style with elements from Morocco and Portugal and the outdoor areas give an Ibiza atmosphere. There is almost as much outdoor space and terraces as indoor space.

Accommodation: 6 persons (max. 4 adults + 2 children)

The flooring of the house and terraces is laid with large squares of fashionable beige floor tiles. In various places, these have been inlaid with colourful Portuguese style tiles to create an atmospheric accent. Stylish Portuguese tiles were also used in the showers and kitchen. Cupboards for the house have been tailor made. Air-conditioning units provide rapid cooling or heating in all interior spaces. Electric floor heating is adjustable in every room.
In the still authentic village of Ferragudo both the town centre and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. In the village you will find all the basic amenities and nice and good restaurants.

Ground floor:

Through the front door you enter a hallway with green Moroccan tiles that continues to the end of the house and at the end bends to the right to the stairs to the floor. On both sides of the hall are 2 doors to the rooms. On the right side is the television or living room, which is separated from the bedroom behind it by folding doors with glass windows. On the left side there are 2 more rooms, separated only by a passage with a lot of closet space on one side and a separate toilet with washbasin on the other. In the second room here is the door to a separate shower. Just before the stairs, there is a complete bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

First floor:

A solid wood staircase leads to the floor with the living kitchen with large sliding doors in open connection with the 40m2 large terrace. The length of the kitchen has a fixed bench with comfortable cushions. A table was specially designed for this kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, extractor and fridge. A sliding window in the wall serves as a hatch for cocktails to the plunge pool. There is also a separate door to the terrace.

Outside:

The living terrace is for a large part covered with a luxurious awning that can be opened and completely closed, so you will use the space as a living room. On the terrace is the plunge pool of about 3m x 1.5m to refresh on hot days. Against the pool there is a built-in seating bench. On the other side is a built-in outdoor kitchen unit with BBQ and a sink. Below is also the washing machine. Next to the outdoor kitchen is a staircase to the highest terrace where also fixed benches are placed to fully enjoy the beautiful view.

Beach House Ferragudo

About the beach villa Ferragudo:

This old coach house of the Castle of Ferragudo, was transformed by the recent owners into an 8 all en-suite luxury villa.
The centre of the house is the large, open space lounge and luxury, very well-equipped kitchen.
Looking over the garden, terrace and private pool.
Beautifully decorated and furnished, with nice details.
Ideal for reunions of friends and family.

Everything you can think of is in this well-equipped luxury kitchen like a large induction hob, wine fridge, double hot air oven, filter and coffee cup machine. You name it, the luxury beach house has it! A large dining table will fit you all!

The open space large lounge has ample comfy places to sit and relax, listen to the Sonos music system, or watch a movie on the large screen smart TV.

Outside the Beach House:

The walled garden of the beach house has private parking. There is a large wooden deck with table and chairs, and shade, looking over the garden and private pool.

Surroundings:

Location, location, location, 5 stars!!! The Beach house Ferragudo is next to the beach, at the foot of the Castle of Ferragudo.

Luxury villa Ferragudo is located just outside the picturesque, fishing village Ferragudo. Beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are minutes by car or a 10 minutes walk. Eat-in and enjoy the convenience of cooking your own meal (we can arrange your private chef) or dine out at one of the typical restaurants of the village or the many other restaurants, for every budget, there is a restaurant.

Beaches Ferragudo:

The main beach of Ferragudo called Praia Grande, is about a 10-minute walk from the luxury villa Ferragudo. Here you find nice beach bars and restaurants, where you can have nice dinners, drinks and in the summer every night live music. this beach has a playground for the little ones!

Another very popular beach, not far from the luxury villa, a 3-minute drive, is Caneiros Beach, with an outstanding, popular restaurant, and a small, but very beautiful beach with luxury sun lounges. Friday night theme parties, dance the night away, with your feet in the sand! Or have a cocktail on the roof terrace, watching the unique sunsets the Algarve is rich of!

The beaches are safe and guarded!

A little ferry boat takes you across the river to the lively harbour of Portimao and bubbling Praia da Rocha, or the center of Portimao. Here you find a variety of bars and restaurants, shopping area, and in the summer, lots of music festivals.

Portimao has the largest shopping centre of the Algarve, Agua shopping, where you find among many others Primark and Hennis and Maurits (H&M).

The surroundings of Ferragudo also have a lot to offer such as theme parks and other tourist attractions. If you want to experience another side of the Algarve, you can make excellent day trips into the beautiful and unspoiled interior of Algarve Portugal.

Beach House Albufeira

The Beach House Algarve, is a unique villa near the lively centre of Albufeira Portugal. You can hear, see and smell the sea from your holiday villa! Just across the road is the beach with a beach bar, and only a few minutes walk you have the fisherman’s beach, in the centre of lively Albufeira.

Accommodation:

The interiors of the villa Albufeira are fresh, and decorated in a modern style. The floors of the Beach House have traditional Portuguese floor tiles, which gives the villa Albufeira a special look.

The villa Albufeira is divided in two parts. You enter the beach house in the open lounge/dining/kitchen area. On the right, there are two bedrooms. the one at the front you can hear and see the sea. At the back of the villa Albufeira, is a shared bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped. The lounge has sat. tv. Through the back of this main part of the villa Albufeira, you enter a patio with BBQ and the second part of the Beach house with two en-suite bedrooms, with both own entrances. One has a bath, the other a shower.

Outside:

The patio of villa Albufeira has stairs that lead you to the roof terrace, with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean. There are a table and chairs next to the small private pool, plus 4 sunbeds, where you can eat, drink and enjoy the view of the Beach House.

Only a 5-minute walk and you are downtown Albufeira, where you find the famous Fisherman’s Beach and many bars, shops and restaurants.
