Quinta Alegria Almancil

25 years ago the owner bought this large quinta in Almancil and slowly rebuilt and re-stored this fantastic place to a beautiful place in the Golden Triangle of the Algarve. Nowadays it has 18 stylish houses with all their own terrace. There are Studios, T1, T2 and T3’s. All are furnished and decorated in a warm style. Every house has its own kitchen, bedroom(s), and satellite TV!

Quinta Alegria is an open space and at the same time an intimate place (surrounded by a rustic wall), ideal for a calm and relaxing holiday in the Algarve. Away from the crowds, it enjoys a private location, close to the main tourist attractions.

Every house is different, there is not one the same, but they are all decorated and furnished in the same style.

Outside

Every house/apartment has its own terrace with tables and chairs. The gardens are very mature and well-maintained. There are 2 large pools (not salt, not chlorine), with ample sun lounges to relax and unwind. The property is completely walled and fenced. It is a little, hidden paradise near the centre of Almancil 🙂

Surroundings

Quinta Alegria, is only a few minutes away from the center of Almancil, close to supermarkets, and amenities. From the property, you can walk to bars and restaurants.

Quinta Alegria is set in the heart of the Golden Triangle just fifteen minutes from the historic and beautiful town of Faro, ten minutes from the town of Loule with its historic market. Twenty minutes from Vilamoura, the casino and the harbor. Daily you can visit traditional fish-, gipsy- and flea markets to buy your fresh food, drinks or souvenirs.

The prestigious beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are 5 minutes away which coastline falls within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, great for bird watchers and nature enthusiasts.

The estuary of the Formosa forms a series of islands – Farol, Culatra, Armona,Tavira and Fuseta – fabulous places to take a boat trip and just wile away the hours with island life.

There is so much to see and do in the area. All the towns and villages offer something different – the coastline is truly beautiful and worth exploring.

Loule, Quarteira, Olhao, Fuseta, Santa Luzia, Santa Catarina are all special places to visit whether you want to head to the markets, up into the hills, take a stroll by the waterfront, a water taxi to the Islands, or just sit with a beer or coffee and watch the world pass by…

Casa Pica Pau

About the Place

Casa Pica Pau (woodpecker in Portuguese) is located in a very quiet neighbourhood in the heart of lively Vilamoura, very close to several of the famous Algarvian Golf Courses and just a 10 minute walk from the Vilamoura Marina (harbour) where you’ll find an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is also within walking distance of a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, cinema, gold sandy beaches and various other facilities you may need.

Accommodation

Pica Pau has 9 en-suite bedrooms with air-conditioning throughout the house, lounge with satellite TV, DVD and HI-FI, a dining room that can easily fit 18 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a large 4 ring gas hob, a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, 2 large fridges, an ice machine and a juicer and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and iron facilities. The furniture is modern, and tasteful, with some Moroccan elements, an ideal place for large families or for group golf holidays. There is also a games room in the basement equipped with table tennis, table football, darts, cards and board games.

Outside

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa has a large covered terrace with built-in BBQ for outdoor wining and dining looking over the heated pool and children’s pool. The gardens are well established and walled with various terraces and lawns for sunbathing as well as nice shaded areas. Smoking and pets are allowed outside the villa.

Surroundings

Casa Pica Pau is located almost in the centre of Vilamoura,10-15 minute walk to the lively harbour, where you will find many bars, restaurants and shops. Vilamoura, being part of the famous Golden Triangle (known for its high standard of living and luxurious villas) is surrounded by white stretched sandy beaches with lively beach bars, renowned golf courses and luxury shops. Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago (also part of the Golden Triangle) are all within easy reach of Vilamoura.

Water sports such as sailing, diving, snorkeling and jet ski-ing are easy to organize, as well as other land activities like jeep safari, mountain biking or hiking. Needless to say, golfing is the number one sport and why many people go to the Golden Triangle, making Pica Pau, a very popular villa amongst golfers in the Algarve.

Villa Leonidas

Villa Leonidas has everything to make your stay unforgettable!

At the top of a hill lies Villa Leonidas, a truly beautiful villa with one of the most beautiful and certainly the widest views of the Algarve. In addition to the unique view, spacious, sunny spaces characterize this luxury villa.

Leonidas was finished in 2019 and provides just about everything you could wish for. You enter the very spacious hall, after which you walk through to the large cozy living room and the half open super modern kitchen. This is equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with bar, Quooker, filtered water and has high quality equipment. The view from the living room and kitchen is breathtaking: to the large south facing swimming pool, the terraces and the jacuzzi. 180 degrees hemisphere you will see plenty of hills and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

In the evening the lights of Faro and of other places shine under your feet. There are 4 large bedrooms, all with their own bathroom en-suite and hairdryer. There are several terraces around the large swimming pool, and behind the pool there is a sunbathing lawn. There is of course a large barbecue and at the outdoor tables you have plenty of room to enjoy a meal together.

There is a surround system from Bose both inside and outside so that you can enjoy your favorite music when you float in the swimming pool. Of course all rooms have air conditioners. Living room and bedrooms have television and via satellite and Google Chrome you can watch all programs that you want.

Villa Foz do Banho

About the Place

Luxury Villa Foz do Banho will take your breath away. Situated at the foot of the beautiful mountains of Monchique in the Western Algarve, this 4-bedroom luxury villa Algarve is built around an octagonal courtyard and has been finished and furnished to a very high standard. The name Foz do Banho, comes from the nearby little river.

Accommodation

Beautiful lovely restored Algarvian villa, luxury villa Foz do Banho, is an architect-designed villa, just outside fairy-like Caldos da Monchique. You enter the luxury villa at the with vines grown, octagonal courtyard. All rooms are built around this central place. Luxury villa Foz do Banho has 4 comfortable bedrooms.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, and its own fireplace. The luxury bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. From the master bedroom you can enter one of the many terraces, of Foz do Banho that gives access to the amazing pool.

Adjacent to the master bedroom is another bedroom with twin beds, this bedroom has access to the bathroom of the master bedroom, so ideal for a family with children. Both have magnificent views of the pool area.

The other two bedrooms of the luxury villa, have twin beds (but joint together). All bedrooms of the luxury villa Monchique have their own bathrooms, plus there is an extra guest toilet in the hall.

The living room of the luxury villa Algarve has various seating areas and a wood-burning stove. The adjacent dining room has a nice table and chairs and is a cosy area to have dinner. The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table, and all modern appliances, among others, microwave, oven and hob. The separate utility room had a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The Luxury villa Foz do Banho offers 2 Satellite TV’s, DVD and a Sonos sound system, plus Wireless internet. For the winter there is central heating (extra costs).

Outside

Foz do Banho Monchique is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens, and over 5 hectares of private grounds. Here you find trees like Cork, Eucalyptus, Pine and Citrus.
The swimming pool (salt) of the luxury villa Algarve, has to be seen firsthand to be believed, with infinity borders, in between two ponds that are full of Lilies, Exotic Fish and Frogs. There are plenty of terraces and decks for sun and shade and outdoor dining area covered with a beautiful Bougainvillea, a very romantic spot.

Plenty of luxury sun lounges, to enjoy the sun, or read a book under the shade of a tree, while listening to nature… sometimes silence, but the frogs can give you a private concert!

Surroundings

Luxury villa Foz do Banho is on the way to the mountain village Monchique, but within walking distance from Caldas the Monchique, a fairy-tale village, well known for its natural springs. The Romans and the Moors already used the bubbling spring water and this hidden source still works. The thermal water bubbles up from 33 ° C and helps against many diseases.
Here you find a few nice bars and restaurants. Apart from this, there is an excellent restaurant, named Foz do Banho (!) about 100 meters walk from the luxury villa Algarve!

Serra de Monchique, is a mountain range stretching from west to east and has two main peaks, the Foia (900 meters) and the Picote (775 meters).
The vegetation shows a merging of subtropical and Mediterranean species: Central European oaks, pines, chestnuts, cork oaks, walnut trees, strawberry trees, azaleas, heather and oleander plants. In the valleys, you see bananas, oranges and olives.
Monchique is situated at an altitude of 450 meters on the mountainside. Is known for its furniture and baskets and for its ham. It is a small mountain town, 10 minutes drive from Foz do Banho.

The luxury villa Algarve is only 20 minutes drive to Portimao, where you find the largest shopping centre of Portugal, Agua Shopping, and many large supermarkets and other shops, like Primark and H&M. Another 5 minutes drive and you are at Praia da Rocha, well known for its beautiful beach with nice rock formations, and lively night live, lots of bars, restaurants, a Marina (harbor) and lots of nice beach bars.

Not far from the villa (5 km) is an 18 hole golf course (Morgado), and the Omega Zoo is also only a 5 minutes drive. Other activities in the Algarve within easy reach from Foz do Banho Monchique, are sailing, mountain biking, walking, bicycling, dolphin watching and jeep safaris.

For more quiet beaches, in half an hour’s drive, you are at the West Coast, Aljezur, where you find beautiful white sandy beaches, lots of surfers, and a completely different world than Praia da Rocha!

Ferragudo Elements

Ferragudo Elements is a stylish and luxurious holiday resort. Choose from one of 4 townhouses individually decorated in the style of the 4 elements, Water, Fire, Air and Earth. The small resort is located in the centre of the fisherman’s village of Ferragudo, at the mouth of the river Arade of which you can enjoy panoramic views from the lovely roof terrace.
Each townhouse sleeps 6 persons (a total 24 persons if you choose to rent out all 4) and is set over 3 floors, having a terrace on each level! As well as the modern decor, there are various facilities you are welcome to use like the gym, sauna, massage room, hot tub and underfloor parking to name the main highlights.
The owners built the Ferragudo Elements to the highest standards in 2010. All 4 accommodations are, in essence, the same, but each has its own theme, Water (Agua), Fire (Fogo), Earth (Terra) and Air (Ar), which is reflected in the details of the interiors.

Each house has a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and accommodates 2-6 people. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and table and chairs on the terrace looking over the pool area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

Enjoy the Ferragudo Elements Algarve common facilities including a sauna, wellness facilities, patio area with BBQ, Hot Tub, playroom for children, quality sunbeds and a swimming pool. For the sporty ones, there is free use of bicycles (6 in total), kayak and private gym.

Surroundings

The townhouse is situated in the centre of the fishing village of Ferragudo. Beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. Eat in and enjoy the convenience of cooking your own meal or dine out at one of the typical restaurants of the village. A little ferry boat takes you across the river to the lively harbour of Portimao as well as the centre of Portimao. There you will find a variety of bars and restaurants and shopping areas.

The clear blue Atlantic Ocean makes the Algarve an ideal place for swimming, water sports, boat tours and sailing trips. The beautiful landscape of the interior Algarve invites you to undertake other activities. Activities in and around Ferragudo:

Cristo Apartments T2

The Cristo apartments consist of 5 fully fitted apartments on a small private resort with communal areas located on a hill just outside Lagos and Luz. This is the perfect place to go away as a large group while still being able to enjoy your own private space including your own kitchen and lounge!

Accommodation

There are 5 apartments in total.

There are two 1-bed apartments (named Lime and Plum) and three 2 beds (Apartments Almond, Orange and Lemon), each one is fully air-conditioned and has a Freesat 32” TV and DVD player. All the apartments’ kitchens have a cooker, hob with extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer (the 1-bed apartments do not have a freezer compartment), dishwasher and kettle. There is a communal washing machine and tumble dryer and gas BBQ. There is a sofa bed in each apartment which can sleep either 1 adult or 2 small children, making the resort able to fit a total of 21 adults or 16 adults and 10 children (or something in between the two!)

If staying for one week or more, there is a mid-week maid service to clean the apartment and change bed linen. All towels including pool towels are provided.

At the front of the complex there is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, while the back has a children’s play area with trampoline, basketball, table tennis and snooker table, together with access to the vast gardens.The outdoor kitchen has a large selection of soft drinks, wines and spirits which can be purchased at a nominal charge with cash. The ideal environment to socialise with the rest of the group!

The apartments are located near the lively town of Lagos, an ancient and dynamic coastal town in the Algarve, proud of its historic past – it played an important role in the Great Maritime Discoveries. The little port of Lagos is nestled in one of the biggest bays in Europe, which offers clear and calm beaches with their ochre rocks carved by the sea.

Lagos centre offers a maze of cobbled crisscrossed streets of note-worthy architecture, fine restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches and a vibrant nightlife that appeals to many ages. The large beach of Meia Praia is about 5 km away, while the spectacular Ponta da Piedade rock formation, with beautiful caves is a little further.

Lagos offers a full range of amenities and activities, including quirky and traditional restaurants and bars. Golf is available at the nearby courses of Parque da Floresta, Boavista, Palmares, Penina or Morgado.

Head to the bustling Marina to find out what water sports appeal to you, you will find everything including water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, diving, deep-sea fishing and motorboat cruises. Further activities like jeep and dolphin safaris, horseback riding, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, bowling and micro-light flying can also be easily arranged.

The complex is also very close to Praia da Luz, a smaller, but very nice beach village also a popular tourist destination. You will also not be too far from the Surfing paradise and most Westerly point of Portugal – Sagres.

Casa Tootsie

Casa Tootsie is a luxury 4-bed villa tastefully decorated in a mix of traditional and modern styles just above the picturesque town of Boliqueime. In the basement, you’ll find the games room with a pool table and cinema where you can enjoy a film on a 50” screen or use the Playstation available, together with a stock of games and films. Casa Toia

About the Place

Casa Toia, luxury villa Silves, is a renovated farmhouse (finished June 2012), with keeping original details to a luxury villa in the Algarve. All done by renowned architects of the Algarve. Finished, furnished and decorated to the highest standards, with private pool and garden and distance sea views.

Accommodation

The luxury villa Silves has 4 en-suite bedrooms divided over two levels.

Downstairs

Casa Toia has a well equipped kitchen, open to lounge area with flat screen TV and wood burning fire. From the kitchen you enter the large covered terrace.

The hall has a guest toilet and entrance to two twin bedrooms en-suite.

First Floor

The luxury villa Silves,  has two bedrooms upstairs, of which one with double bed, both are en-suite and have a large sunny terrace with gorgeous sea views.

All bathrooms are very nice decorated, as well as all furnitures, bedding and decorations.

Outside

The luxury villa Silves, Casa Toia, has a private garden and pool area plus built in BBQ. The large covered terrace has table and chairs, for lunches and dinners, while enjoying the spectacular country side views of the Algarve. Have a refreshing dip in the pool, and read your book around the pool at one of the wooden sun lounges, or just relax and enjoy Casa Toia!

Surroundings

Casa Toia, is located on the beautiful Cumeada Ridge, near the traditional Portuguese village Cumeada, only a 10 minutes drive to historic Silves or 7 minutes to market town Messines. Both you can do your shopping. Silves is one of the most beautiful towns of the Algarve, with a castle, lots of nice bars and restaurants, Medieval festival (August).

Beach

The closest beach is Armacao da Pera, a 20 minutes drive from the luxury villa Silves. A long stretched, white sandy beach from Armacao da Pera till Gale (Albufeira). Numerous beach bars and restaurants.

Other nice beaches within easy reach (half an hour) Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Praia da Rocha.

Activities

If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari.

Accommodation

The stunning villa is a unique place to stay ideal for a family holiday or a friends’ getaway. The extremely well equipped kitchen includes all you would expect plus an induction hob, American fridge with ice crusher, and separate freezer, dishwasher, juicer, grill plate, coffee machine, steam oven and much more. The lounge like the rest of the interior is spacious, bright and inviting.

Outside

Casa Pera has one hectare of breathtaking grounds, with a tropical looking well maintained garden complete with palm trees and a large salt water pool with many features making the outside the place you will most likely spend most of your holiday. In the stunning pool you can enjoy the luxury of your own jet stream, fountains, Jacuzzi, an in-built bar, LED underwater lights with various colours! The pool also has a shallow area for the little ones.

As if the pool area isn’t reason enough to spend the majority of your time outside, adjacent to it is a large covered area with an inviting seating area around a fireplace, an enormous dining table and another large fitted kitchen! Enjoy the added feature complete with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, pizza oven, plates, pots and pans and cutlery.

With plenty of terraces to choose from, you will no doubt find your favourite spot outside whether you are lounging on a sunbed or cooling off in the outside shower.

Surroundings

Located a short drive from Albufeira, you will always have a large choice of places to go and discover various bars and restaurants, perhaps treating yourself to an evening at the 2 Michelin star Vila Joya restaurant. The large shopping centre (Algarve shopping) is only a 5 minute drive away, here you will find a large supermarket (open 7 days a week), cinema, restaurants and a huge choice of shops. Also within a 5 minute drive are the family holiday must-do attractions – Zoomarine and Aquashow water parks.

About the luxury villa

Casa Milton is a luxury villa Lagos set in beautiful surroundings and totally secluded. The luxury villa sits high on the top of Funchal Ridge overlooking farmland to the Monchique Mountains, Aljezur and Sagres. Casa Milton in his rural setting is only 4km from the center of Lagos and 7km from the center of Praia da Luz. A very comfortable, well equipped villa built to the most modern standards. The luxury villa Lagos layout and comforts makes it ideal for family groups but was also designed to be homely for a smaller group. The owners live nearby and have a reputation for personal service to ensure that you and your family get the most out of your holiday in the Algarve.

Casa Milton, luxury villa Lagos, sleeps 10 with a separate cot for baby. 3 double rooms and 2 twin rooms.

Renovated in 2015 to the highest standard, the luxury is fully insulated and double glazed, it is cool in summer and dry and warm in winter. All rooms have air conditioning which can be used as heating as well.

Surroundings:

Casa Milton, is located on the ridge named Funchal, just north-west of Lagos. The luxury villa Lagos, is secluded, and private, and you need a car to visit Lagos(4 km) or Praia da Luz(7 km). Both Lagos and Luz are very popular, and you will find here plenty of beaches, beach bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and other amenities.

Lagos:
Casa Funchal, luxury villa Lagos, located on a hill, overlooking Lagos and surroundings. Lagos is an ancient and dynamic coastal town in the Algarve, proud of its historic past – it played an important role in the Great Maritime Discoveries. The little port of Lagos Portugal is nestled in one of the biggest bays in Europe, which offers clear and calm beaches with their ochre rocks carved by the sea.

Lagos centre offers a maze of cobbled criss-crossed streets of note-worthy architecture, fine restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches and vibrant night life.

The nearby large beach of Meia Praia is about 5 km away, while the spectacular Ponta da Piedade rock formation, with beautiful caves is a little closer(3 km).

The immediate surrounding area offers a full range of amenities and activities, including restaurants, bars and extensive night life. Golf is available at the nearby courses of Parque da Floresta, Boavista, Palmares, Penina or Morgado.

Water sports include water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, diving, deep-sea fishing. motorboat cruises, centered round the bustling Marina Lagos. Further Algarve activities are jeep and dolphin safaris, horseback riding, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, bowling and micro-light flying.

Casa Luzia

About the villa:

Casa Luzia is countryside villa in a hamlet called Monte Boi, between Messines and Silves. The villa Algarve has a main house with 2 floors(levels) and annex, ideal for families and friends. Casa Luzia is modern villa with private pool and garden. The view is magnificent, and you must experience this to believe!

Accommodation:

The kitchen, dining and lounge is an open plan. Large, bright space, with doors open to a covered terrace.

The kitchen of the villa Algarve is very well equipped, so if you like cooking during your holiday in the Algarve, this is not a problem.

Bedrooms:

Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, Ideal for a family with children. The master bedroom has entrance to the garden.

Ground level is the 3rd bedroom en-suite.

All beds are single beds.

Annex:

About 20 meters of the main house is an annex with kitchenette, dining and lounge area. The lounge sofa can be made up as bed, if a family would prefer to sleep together. Upstairs is a bathroom and twin bedroom.

Casa Luzia, has a private pool and garden. All very well maintained. The garden of the modern villa is fenced and private. Plus the terrace between pool and house has a gate. A nice wooden deck with ample of sun lounges and a BBQ area. Near the main house is a covered area with dining table and chairs. From the terrace you have this magnificent, lush view towards the coast. Can you imagine having your dinner or drink while watching the sunset from your private terrace?!

Surroundings:

The modern villa Algarve, is located in a traditional little, quiet village called Monte Boi. Close to market town Messines which is a few minutes’ drive a way. Messines you can find all amenities you need. Historic, fairy tale town Silves is a little 15 minutes drive. Here you find plenty of terraces, bars and restaurants, some have live music.

Beaches Algarve:

Your holiday in the Algarve is not complete without visiting the beaches in the Algarve. Although Casa Luzia is located inland, the villa Algarve is not far from the renowned beaches Algarve, and popular places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro.

A nice wide stretched sandy beach is Armacao de Pera, only 20 minutes drive a way.

Activities Algarve:

Although Casa luzia is a very nice modern villa in the Algarve, you might want to undertake some other activities than lounging around your private pool and enjoying the lush view.

Very popular is the Zoo Marine, near Albufeira, and there area few waterslide parks, all about 20/25 minutes drive away from Casa Luzia. Other watersports, like sailing, surfing etc are easy to arrange at the coastal places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro and Portimao. Dolphin trips you can do from Portimao, Ferragudo and Lagos. Trips to the caves, the most popular one is at Benagil.

Playing golf in the Algarve is not a problem at all, about 40 renowned golf course spread over the Algarve. Close the villa Algarve is Silves Golf.

Casa Gloria

About the villa:

Tastefully restored in 2016, Casa Gloria is a 4-bed single-story farmhouse full of character and fitted with underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for both Winter and Summer.

About the Luxury villa Lagos:

Casa Funchal is a luxury villa located in totally secluded and beautiful surroundings between Lagos centre and the popular smaller town of Praia da Luz. The villa sits high on the top of Funchal Ridge overlooking magnificent views of the town and the sea.

Built to the most modern standards, the villa is comfortable and well-equipped ideal for large family groups while still designed to be homely for a smaller group. Casa Funchal is fully insulated so is cool in Summer and dry and warm in Winter, together with its panoramic views, private infinity-edge pool and stunning interior, makes it a haven of relaxation in rural settings.

Accommodation:

The villa itself has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 2 floors, plus, just 100 metres away in the garden, there is a self contained cottage with a double bedroom, bathroom with shower in bath and kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster and oven. Having its own entrance and terrace (with sea view!) it is perfect for those who like to come away as a group with the rest of the guests but also enjoy their own space.

The kitchen in the main house is large and well equipped with a gas hob with 4 rings, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and all of the usual equipment you would need to make your stay here effortless. The lounge has a wood burner for the fresh evenings and air-conditioning throughout. Along with the 4 bathrooms, there is also an additional toilet and sink on the ground floor around the pool area.

Although a large villa, it is extremely welcoming and cosy with all the amenities you would need to make your holiday a great one, please also help yourself to the library of paperback books as well as DVDs and toys and games for the children.

Casa L

The luxurious Casa L is the first house of a uniquely designed split-level villa from 2016, located on 5,500 m2 of private land. The second house of the villa is private and attached to Casa L. The rental prices are based on the fact that this house can be inhabited by one or two of the Dutch owners during your stay. Regardless of their presence or not: if you rent Casa L you will always have exclusive use of your swimming pool, the sun terraces around the pool, the hammock terrace, and the pétanque court. Because of the transverse position and difference in height of both houses, lots of privacy is guaranteed for everyone.

Casa L can comfortably accommodate 4 people (90m2). The living room is modern and bright with a complete, open-planned kitchen and a nicely decorated lounge area. The outside spaces offer both shadow and sun: the living room sliding doors bring you to your private east terrace with panoramic views and on the other side the large south-west facing patio is located. This is also the barbecue area and it’s fenced, so children can play safely. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (180m) and sliding doors to the sunny east terrace. A second spacious bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a private washing facility. There is one luxuriously finished bathroom with a rain shower and hand shower. All rooms have air conditioning: cooling and heating. In the large hallway, you find extensive tourist information, brochures and books, and there are games and DVDs. For small children, there are pool and beach toys.

Outside Casa L

Pool and leisure area: via your private east terrace you walk to your private backyard with the beautifully situated swimming pool behind the villa, purified with magnesium salt (good for skin and anti-allergenic!). Here are more breathtaking views of the hills and there is a beautiful sun terrace with a large outside dining table where you can eat and sit in the shade.

The first part of the pool is shallow and possible to close off with a line: ideal for small children! A jet stream ensures that you can swim the necessary ‘laps’. The pool can be heated (against costs) between the beginning of April and mid-October. Below the swimming pool are 2 more terraces in the forest, where you can relax or play pétanque. Here are also 2 hammocks and a swing for small children.

Attached to the pool area is another apartment for 2 extra people.

You will notice little of all the tourists who visit the Algarve in the high season, but if you wish you can be in the bustle within half an hour. Casa L therefore offers the perfect basis for a wonderful and luxurious holiday for families, food lovers, nature lovers, and sports enthusiasts!

Casa Estoi

This luxury colonial-style villa is located in a tranquil, authentic Portuguese area with lots of privacy- only 5 minutes from the historic town of Estoi and 15 minutes North of Faro Airport. Casa Estoi is a spacious, attractive holiday home and offers an ever-changing view of the Atlantic Ocean and of the twinkling lights of Faro at night. The nearest beaches are only 20 to 25 minutes drive away. The 10.000 square meters sub-tropical garden, filled with palm trees, bougainvilleas, many fruit trees (squeeze your own orange juice) and a large variety of colourful exotic plants, lovingly nurtured for over 50 years. The plot is located among fields filled with olive- and almond trees. The build of the house is distinctive and fitted with all modern conveniences. Available for 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en suite).

The impressive 150m long driveway, aligned by over 130 cypress trees, leads up to the  50-year-old colonial-style luxury villa. Casa Estoi is on one level and has been completely renovated during 2015/2016 with use of contemporary and authentic materials. A wide, arched veranda with a massive outdoor table overlooks the lavish 13×5 meters’ swimming pool with comfortable deck chairs,  large parasols and a view of the garden and the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large ivy-covered terrace with a built-in outdoor BBQ.

The villa is also ideal for children who love to play outside in the securely fenced wide garden. There are over 200 cypress trees throughout the garden, giving Casa Estoi its distinctive character. The villa layout

The one-level villa includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, Sonos sound system and a large dining area. There are three large double bedrooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, a closet safe and an en suite spacious bathroom including washbasins, a separate shower and toilet. One of these bathrooms also includes a large bath and a bidet. The other 2  airconditioned bedrooms share one bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

Across the inner courtyard, at the front of the house, is the extension to the villa offering a playroom with snooker table. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron available.

The space

The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, ovens, a microwave and a Delonghi bean to cup espresso & cappuccino machine. The kitchen, as well as all the bathrooms, have been constructed with polished micro-cement, each in their own colour. The living room has a Sonos sound system and satellite TV.  Sonos is also available on the veranda. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house and large parts of the garden. Bedsheets and bath linens are all on hand. For the little ones, there is a cot and high chair available. At the East-side of the house, there is a jeu-de-boules court (pétanque) for a fun game for young and old. A table tennis table is available with bats and balls. Around the pool are large parasols with comfortable cushioned deck chairs. Diving goggles, pool floats and other swimming pool accessories are also on hand.

Main house interior

The ‘one level’ villa includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with wood burner, satellite TV, Sonos sound system, air conditioning and a large dining area. All rooms are tastefully decorated with a Moorish touch.

The pool area

Summer life will be circled around the veranda, providing you with lots of shade and overlooking the pool terrace whilst sipping a cool drink or having lunch at the family-sized table. The terrace will also give you beautiful views of the garden, the city of Faro and the coastline. The large 13 x 5-metre pool, with outdoor shower, will be centre stage during your holiday.

Exterior & garden

The luxury villa has a 10.000 square metre sub-tropical garden, filled with palm trees, bougainvilleas, many fruit trees and a large variety of colourful exotic plants, lovingly nurtured for over 50 years. The plot is located just 10 minutes north of Faro in a semi-rural area.

Bedrooms

Casa Estoi offers 5 beautifully furnished double bedrooms; 3 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds. The main 3 bedrooms (Masters) have their own luxury bathrooms and the 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. For more details of each bedroom see the individual presentations per room.

The Blue Room 

This stylishly decorated bedroom is only a few steps away from the pool; it has satellite TV, air conditioning, and WIFI. The spacious en-suite bathroom comes with a large bath, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and double washbasins. In addition, it offers a towel heater and mirror and underfloor heating. The spacious bedroom closet includes a small safe.

The Yellow Room

Once again a luxurious bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Double doors opening directly to the pool terrace. air conditioning, satellite TV and WIFI are included. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and large washbasin. Towel heater, mirror and underfloor heating are standard inclusions. The airy closet includes a small safe for your personal belongings.

The Turquoise Room

Beautifully decorated bedroom with an attached large bathroom. Double doors opening to the ‘morning’ terrace. This bedroom is also fitted with satellite TV, air conditioning and WIFI. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasins. And, of course towel, a heater, mirror and underfloor heating. There is plenty of closet space, including a small safe.

The Green Room

A cosy double bedroom with two single beds in Portuguese style. The bathroom next door is shared with bedroom no. 5 (The Bunkbed room). And of course, The Green Room has been fitted with air conditioning and Wifi. The bathroom next door has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin as well as a towel heater, mirror and underfloor heating.

The Bunkbed room

Although designed for the younger ones, the 200 x 90 cm beds can easily accommodate adults. The unique wooden staircase, leading to the upper bed, also functions as a closet with drawers. This room has been fitted with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bathroom next door has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin as well as towel heating, mirror and underfloor heating.

Casa dos Sonhos

Casa dos Sonhos is located in the town of Carvoeiro. The house is very comfortable and spacious and consists of open plan living/dining room with traditional log burner and large patio doors with fly/mosquito screens leading on to the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea, gardens and private pool area. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Easy walking distance to both beaches. Whilst the villa is in a peaceful location it is only a 20 minute walk to the resort of Carvoiero where you will find an abundance of restaurants and bars all with excellent food at very reasonable prices.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

Downstairs there are two large bedrooms. One with a king size bed and one with two single beds. They share a bathroom on that same floor. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equiped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Lounge:

The lounge is spacious with two sofas and open planned with a dining area attached. There is TV, WiFi internet, games and books to keep entertained.
For the winter months there is a log burner.

Balcony:

The balcony has great views looking out towards the sea. Also the shared pool is in full view to keep an eye on your loved ones.

Roof:

Casa do Rio Silves is located in a hamlet, just outside the picturesque historic town of Silves, with magnificent views over the Arade river. This open plan 2 storey villa, built in 2012, has 3 bedrooms, a private pool and a lovely upstairs terrace offering superb countryside views.

Although the villa is situated in the interior of the Algarve, all necessary facilities and highlights are within a short distance. Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a few kilometres away, situated on a hill known for its cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and castle.

Casa do Rio is fully furnished and decorated in a modern style with an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and a dining area with a large table and 8 chairs. All bedrooms are spacious and fitted with double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning, the first is located on the ground floor with a separate bathroom with bath and shower. The other two are en-suite and located on the first floor, both with large walk-in showers and private terraces with gorgeous river views.
