Villa Monte dos Agostos

The spacious single-level house showcases an Algarve panorama of ocean and mountains masterfully displayed by the living room’s retractable large windows. The with art decorated main living room combines with the adjacent dining area and creates a space appropriate for elaborate entertaining, also with a romantic fireplace for wintertime. The luxury kitchen stands ready to accommodate the most discerning chef or caterer. The house includes a hallway with separate guest toilet, three bedrooms with large closets, one with separate walk-in closet. There are 2 double beds (160 cm wide), 2 large singles and 3 bathrooms, two with bath / toilet and one small, basic one with shower / toilet.

The outside area is amazing, providing a large spacious swimming pool, terraces, sun beds, barbecue area, a 4th bathroom with shower / toilet and in the front of the house a large space to park your cars inside the closed gate. You have access to a roof terrace from where there are even better views then from the pool area, and where you can also enjoy the sparkling lights of Faro.

Important information:

  • The house is located in a residential area with amenities like tennis court and top restaurant around the corner. It is perfectly suited for families and friends who wish to relax and it is not suitable for party groups. No groups allowed under 25 years old.
  • All rooms except kitchen have air-conditioning for cooling and heating.

Villa Quinta da Pedra

Nestled between the orange trees and a short distance from the southern Portuguese coast, lies Quinta da Pedra. This large holiday home has been lovingly renovated and is equipped with many facilities and comfort.

Behind the classical facade, you will find a beautiful mix of old and new. In the open living, the original tiled floor and beamed ceilings combine harmoniously with modern furniture and a sleek white kitchen where designer lamps give a stylish finishing touch. Divided over the basement and the upper floor you will find six spacious bedrooms and three state-of-the-art bathrooms where tranquility, minimalism and natural color tones predominate.

Quinta da Pedra is quietly situated on a hill surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees. It is a real family home where you can cook, relax, swim and play together with all modern comfort at hand.

Ground floor:

  • The ground floor has an open living room with a kitchen, sitting and dining area.
  • The seating area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a fireplace. From this section doors go to an office with a desk
  • The white sleek kitchen is modern and furnished with all modern appliances such as a fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, blender, espresso and a toaster. In the kitchen there is a cooking island annex bar with an induction hob and various bar stools.
  • Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with a long dining table with chairs and doors opening onto the terrace.
  • Behind the kitchen there is a TV corner with a large corner sofa.

An outside staircase takes you to the basement, this is a full ground floor. Here you will find:

  • A bedroom with two large double beds
  • A bedroom with a double bed
  • A bathroom with a double shower
  • A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
  • A gym
  • A separate toilet

Upper floor:

  • A staircase in the hall takes you to the upper floor with a landing that provides access to the four bedrooms (including the master bedroom) on this floor.
  • All bedrooms have double beds.
  • The master bedroom has its own roof terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower.
  • There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Outside:

The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many facilities such as:

Villa Casa dos Netos

Casa dos Netos is a luxury villa, situated between the historic town of Silves and São Bartolomeu de Messines, in the little town called Amorosa. There is a small supermarket opposite the house and Amorosa also has some small bars, where you can drink your beer with the locals.

The villa is great for everyone, families or friends. It’s decorated Portuguese style with very nice modern touches, and is wheelchair friendly – there are ramps and a large walk-in shower. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms and a smaller children’s room. All rooms have fans.

Accommodation (3 + 1 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, 8 persons)

Casa dos Netos boasts a highly equipped kitchen, featuring an electric cooker and oven, an array of coffee machines, a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. The expansive open-plan kitchen includes sliding doors that lead to a sheltered terrace and the pool area. This kitchen seamlessly flows into the generous living space, outfitted with a large satellite television.

All bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, each spacious and fitted with a fan. The sleeping accommodations comprise two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and another room furnished with bunk beds.

The property is fitted with underfloor heating and cooling systems, the cost of which is incorporated into the rental price.

Outside

Casa dos Netos has a saltwater pool with sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. There is a covered terrace with a large table and chairs to enjoy al fresco wining and dining or enjoy a charcoal BBQ.

Surroundings

The luxury villa is located near the lively town of Messines and Silves, an ancient coastal town in the Algarve, proud of its historic past – in ancient times it used to be the capital of the Algarve. 

Although Casa dos Netos is a very nice modern villa in the Algarve, you might want to undertake some other activities than lounging around your private pool and enjoying the lush view. Messines is a typical market town in the central part of Algarve Portugal. Here you can find the real Algarve. In Messines the locals enjoy their ‘bica’ (espresso) while playing domino or talking about the latest orange prices.

Very popular is the Zoo Marine, near Albufeira, and there are a few waterslide parks, all about 20/25 minutes drive away from Casa dos Netos. Other water sports, like sailing, surfing etc are easy to arrange at the coastal places like Albufeira and Carvoeiro and Portimao. Dolphin trips you can do from Portimao, Ferragudo and Lagos. Trips to the caves, the most popular one is at Benagil. 

Playing golf in the Algarve is not a problem at all, about 40 renowned golf courses spread over the Algarve. Closest to the villa is Silves Golf.

About the villa Lagos

A perfect 4-bed holiday villa with a private pool in a quiet area of Lagos is ideal for a group of friends or families with children who are looking for more than just a pool holiday! The well-maintained property is just a 5-minute walk to essential amenities like a supermarket and some fun extras like tennis and squash courts, is also just a short drive to the town centre, beaches and marina (harbour).

Accommodation

There is a large open dining and sitting area with ample sofas and chairs, air-conditioning for hot and cold air plus a wood burner for the winter. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need plus an extra drinks fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and TV. Here, there is a small breakfast table and a door to a back terrace with a BBQ area, and for the days you don’t want to leave the villa but fancy more than just another swim or lounging in the sun, make use of the ping pong table and table football and have some fun!

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en-suite, the remaining bedrooms are upstairs and all but one have air conditioning.

Vale de Vila, luxury villa Silves, was completed in 2009. It is an astonishing, luxurious, stylish villa, situated in the countryside of the Algarve, close to the historical town of Silves.

The large living and dining area of the luxury villa Silves is divided in two parts. One part is used as a living area. It has a lounge area with very comfortable sofas, a wood-burning fire, a large HD TV screen with satellite TV, an integrated music system, an iPod docking, WiFi and a DVD player. The other part is an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is more than well equipped with modern appliances like an XL oven, a five-ring gas hob, a special water tap with filtered drink water, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine. The large wooden table and chairs are the perfect place to enjoy dinner! Folding doors lead to the large colonial terrace outside where you can really relax and unwind.

Vale de Vila offers the possibility to have your own cook. Whether you like an international menu or an authentic Portuguese meal, your chef will serve you a tasteful lunch or dinner!

Bedrooms

The bedrooms of the luxury villa Silves all have comfortable beds and high-quality linen and bath towels. There are 6 en-suite bedrooms in total of which 1 is situated in a separate apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed, a double shower and an entrance to the large covered terrace. The other 4 bedrooms of the luxury villa Silves have twin beds, one with a bath, the rest with showers. One is suitable for disabled/infirm people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bathrooms are cosy and luxurious.

Children are warmly welcomed in the luxury villa Silves and will surely feel at home. There is a nice large lawn and playground with swings, a see-saw and a basketball net. A cot and high chair are provided on request.

The luxury villa Silves has a natural air circulation system that can be regulated to your own comfort, plus an alarm system. Vale de Vila Silves has floor heating provided by the solar system.

The villa has an extra bedroom with a sofa bed, that can accommodate an extra 4 persons in single beds! The colourful annex is in the garden and has a nice terrace with a hammock and other seating. The annex itself has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, plus a table and chairs.

Outside

The luxury villa Silves is adjusted for outdoor living. It has beautiful gardens, a private pool and several sunny and shady places to relax. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with a grill, a built-in barbecue, a large table, and other seating and cooking facilities.

The main colonial, covered terrace of Vale de Vila Silves has a large dining table, comfortable sofas and soft chairs. From here you really have a splendid view at the swimming pool, the countryside and the sea in the distance. A perfect place to enjoy your lunch or dinner, sitting in the shade with a glass of Portuguese wine in your hand!

In the garden of the luxury villa Silves there are several terraces. They all offer lovely spots to unwind and relax and enjoy the quietness and nature. Ribeira do Banho, villa Monchique is a true oasis, a perfect 2-storey, holiday villa if you are looking for rest and peace, and are surrounded by nature!
Located near the fairytale village of Caldos de Monchique, the villa Monchique is a luxury 7-bedroom, all en-suite, set in 5 hectares (12 acres) of private hilly woodland, in the mountain area of Monchique Algarve, but only a short drive away from Portimao. Various terraces, beautiful gardens, and super views give you the feeling of being in an oasis of rest and peace. The unique saltwater swimming pool really has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Quinta Rustica Ferragudo

About the Place

Quinta Rustica is a countryside farmhouse divided into 4 holiday homes located just a little north of the picturesque fisherman’s village of Ferragudo. Surrounded by nature, while only a 5-minute drive to Ferragudo town centre and its beaches.

Each house has its own entrance, garden and terrace but share a communal pool, perfect for getting to know a few of the others staying on-site in a relaxed setting. There is also a communal washing machine available.

The restored farmhouse has kept its original details but modernised its interiors for practicality combining modern essentials with some antique pieces of furniture adding real character to the place. The kitchens are modern and well-equipped and each house has a lounge with satellite TV, WI-FI and a wood burner for the winter months. The 2 bedroom villas also include a sofa bed in the lounge. Each house is on two floors apart from HOUSE 1 (2-bed) which is all on one level.

Quinta Eucalyptus is a renovated 4-bed farmhouse situated in a secluded valley in Monchique, it is also pet friendly so you don’t need to leave anyone behind! This unique villa is the perfect place to relax in lush green surroundings away from the crowds, while still only 10km from Portimao where you can find supermarkets, shopping centres and the popular Praia da Rocha, with its fantastic beach and its lively bars and restaurants.

The Monchique villa has an open plan lounge, dining and a well-equipped kitchen with a typical Algarvian high beam ceiling. The large wood burner keeps the villa warm in the fresh Winter months while air conditioning cools down the place in the Summer.

There are two bedrooms downstairs including the master bedroom which has its own TV/DVD and air-conditioning with an adjacent conservatory that can be used as an extra dining area looking over the beautiful valley.

The French owner traveled the world as a private chef. He brought all of his treasures, his experience and his taste for styling to this beautiful spot hidden in the Algarve, 35 minutes from the airport of Faro. He created an incredibly charming place where you feel completely relaxed and welcomed. Here you can enjoy a real Holiday!

The main house has 2 very nicely decorated bedrooms with double beds. Both rooms have aircon and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is a great (professional) kitchen with views to the pool and the hills. The inside dining room next to the kitchen is directly connected by double patio doors to the large pool terrace. Behind the dining table is a smaller area with a cosy fireplace and where you can relax on the sofa or watch TV (satellite incl. ENG, FR, SP, PT, NL, GE).

The surprise house is the separate Chalet. This very chic, tastefully designed studio house next to the main house has a sitting area with TV (French satellite), a separate space with fridge and oven/microwave, a double bed and a big luxurious bathroom. If you open the terrace doors you will look straight to the hills from your bed. And that’s not even the best part. That’s the veranda of the chalet, where you can endlessly read, drink a glass of wine or dream away, overlooking the hills and completely forget about time. The chalet has a reversible aircon and the walls are well insulated to keep the warmth out (or the cold in winter).

Outside

In between the 2 houses is a shaded bar area with a Jacuzzi for more relaxing time. The large pool and pool deck above are completely Ibiza-style and shout “Holiday” all over. Again the views are amazing. Left of the pool deck is the outside kitchen with an electric barbecue. Of course, there are enough sun beds for everyone and you can eat together at the table outside the main house or under the covered pergola at the pool. Feel like exercising? Besides many great walks directly from the house, there are 2 BTT bicycles you may use.

Remarks

This is an original farmer’s house. All of the rooms and the outside areas including the pool have been renovated to a very high standard. It’s located in the country and there is a pretty good WiFi connection, especially in the main house. The owner asks you to be conscious of the use of aircon and electricity to be as sustainable as possible.

Quinta Almancil

This 200-year-old countryside house has been completely renovated in a unique style and can sleep up to 6 adults and 2 children. Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle countryside near Faro, just 1 km outside the town of Almancil and only 5 minutes away from the prestigious beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, this farmhouse is now a luxury boutique hideaway with distant sea views.

This authentic Algarvian farm dating back to 1811 offers top quality accommodation and free WIFI, keeping the traditional features while adding modern comfort making this a unique property with a truly relaxing homey atmosphere. All bedrooms can be made as twin or double beds. The top bedroom has a mezzanine which kids will love, appropriate for those happy to climb up some steep steps for their own space.

There are several shady areas covered in bougainvillea, a well and gardens with 100-year-old trees and orchards, vegetable and herb gardens.

There is also a large sports field in front of the villa perfect for the family to play football, volleyball, table tennis or jump on the trampoline,

During the year the main house is a family home and animals are kept around the house in the nearby field.

Quinta Almancil is set in the heart of the Golden Triangle just fifteen minutes from the historic and beautiful town of Faro and ten minutes from the town of Loule with its historic market. It is twenty minutes from Vilamoura with many 5-star hotels, casino and thriving harbor. We encourage you to visit traditional markets to buy your fresh food, drinks or souvenirs.

The prestigious beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are 5 minutes away – the coastline falls within the Ria Formosa Natural Park, great for bird watchers and nature enthusiasts.

There is plenty to do around the area like shopping, hiking, cycling, karting, golfing and playing tennis. Various restaurants, Apolonia supermarket (known for International foods and drinks) and other lovely shops are all within walking distance.

All the towns and villages offer something different – the coastline is truly beautiful and worth exploring. The estuary of the Formosa forms a series of islands – Farol, Culatra, Armona,Tavira and Fuseta – fabulous places to take a boat trip and just wile away the hours with island life.

Loule, Quarteira, Olhao, Fuseta, Santa Luzia, Santa Catarina are all special places to visit whether you want to head to the markets, up into the hills, take a stroll by the waterfront, a water taxi to the Islands, or just sit with a beer or coffee and watch the world go by.

Quinta Alegria Almancil

25 years ago the owner bought this large quinta in Almancil and slowly rebuilt and re-stored this fantastic place to a beautiful place in the Golden Triangle of the Algarve. Nowadays it has 18 stylish houses with all their own terrace. There are Studios, T1, T2 and T3’s. All are furnished and decorated in a warm style. Every house has its own kitchen, bedroom(s), and satellite TV!

Quinta Alegria is an open space and at the same time an intimate place (surrounded by a rustic wall), ideal for a calm and relaxing holiday in the Algarve. Away from the crowds, it enjoys a private location, close to the main tourist attractions.

Every house/apartment has its own terrace with tables and chairs. The gardens are very mature and well-maintained. There are 2 large pools (not salt, not chlorine), with ample sun lounges to relax and unwind. The property is completely walled and fenced. It is a little, hidden paradise near the centre of Almancil 🙂

About the Place

Casa Pica Pau (woodpecker in Portuguese) is located in a very quiet neighbourhood in the heart of lively Vilamoura, very close to several of the famous Algarvian Golf Courses and just a 10 minute walk from the Vilamoura Marina (harbour) where you’ll find an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is also within walking distance of a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, cinema, gold sandy beaches and various other facilities you may need.

Pica Pau has 9 en-suite bedrooms with air-conditioning throughout the house, lounge with satellite TV, DVD and HI-FI, a dining room that can easily fit 18 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a large 4 ring gas hob, a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, 2 large fridges, an ice machine and a juicer and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and iron facilities. The furniture is modern, and tasteful, with some Moroccan elements, an ideal place for large families or for group golf holidays. Casa Pica Pau is located almost in the centre of Vilamoura,10-15 minute walk to the lively harbour, where you will find many bars, restaurants and shops. Vilamoura, being part of the famous Golden Triangle (known for its high standard of living and luxurious villas) is surrounded by white stretched sandy beaches with lively beach bars, renowned golf courses and luxury shops. Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago (also part of the Golden Triangle) are all within easy reach of Vilamoura.

Water sports such as sailing, diving, snorkeling and jet ski-ing are easy to organize, as well as other land activities like jeep safari, mountain biking or hiking. Needless to say, golfing is the number one sport and why many people go to the Golden Triangle, making Pica Pau, a very popular villa amongst golfers in the Algarve.

At the top of a hill lies Villa Leonidas, a truly beautiful villa with one of the most beautiful and certainly the widest views of the Algarve. In addition to the unique view, spacious, sunny spaces characterize this luxury villa.

Leonidas was finished in 2019 and provides just about everything you could wish for. You enter the very spacious hall, after which you walk through to the large cozy living room and the half open super modern kitchen. This is equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with bar, Quooker, filtered water and has high quality equipment. The view from the living room and kitchen is breathtaking: to the large south facing swimming pool, the terraces and the jacuzzi. 180 degrees hemisphere you will see plenty of hills and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

In the evening the lights of Faro and of other places shine under your feet. There are 4 large bedrooms, all with their own bathroom en-suite and hairdryer. There are several terraces around the large swimming pool, and behind the pool there is a sunbathing lawn. There is of course a large barbecue and at the outdoor tables you have plenty of room to enjoy a meal together.

There is a surround system from Bose both inside and outside so that you can enjoy your favorite music when you float in the swimming pool. Of course all rooms have air conditioners. Living room and bedrooms have television and via satellite and Google Chrome you can watch all programs that you want.

Luxury Villa Foz do Banho will take your breath away. Situated at the foot of the beautiful mountains of Monchique in the Western Algarve, this 4-bedroom luxury villa Algarve is built around an octagonal courtyard and has been finished and furnished to a very high standard. The name Foz do Banho, comes from the nearby little river.

Accommodation

Beautiful lovely restored Algarvian villa, luxury villa Foz do Banho, is an architect-designed villa, just outside fairy-like Caldos da Monchique. You enter the luxury villa at the with vines grown, octagonal courtyard. All rooms are built around this central place. Luxury villa Foz do Banho has 4 comfortable bedrooms.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, and its own fireplace. The luxury bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. From the master bedroom you can enter one of the many terraces, of Foz do Banho that gives access to the amazing pool.

Adjacent to the master bedroom is another bedroom with twin beds, this bedroom has access to the bathroom of the master bedroom, so ideal for a family with children. Both have magnificent views of the pool area.

The other two bedrooms of the luxury villa, have twin beds (but joint together). All bedrooms of the luxury villa Monchique have their own bathrooms, plus there is an extra guest toilet in the hall.

The living room of the luxury villa Algarve has various seating areas and a wood-burning stove. The adjacent dining room has a nice table and chairs and is a cosy area to have dinner. The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table, and all modern appliances, among others, microwave, oven and hob. The separate utility room had a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The Luxury villa Foz do Banho offers 2 Satellite TV’s, DVD and a Sonos sound system, plus Wireless internet. For the winter there is central heating (extra costs).

Outside

Foz do Banho Monchique is surrounded by beautiful, landscaped gardens, and over 5 hectares of private grounds. Here you find trees like Cork, Eucalyptus, Pine and Citrus.
The swimming pool (salt) of the luxury villa Algarve, has to be seen firsthand to be believed, with infinity borders, in between two ponds that are full of Lilies, Exotic Fish and Frogs. There are plenty of terraces and decks for sun and shade and outdoor dining area covered with a beautiful Bougainvillea, a very romantic spot.

Plenty of luxury sun lounges, to enjoy the sun, or read a book under the shade of a tree, while listening to nature… sometimes silence, but the frogs can give you a private concert!

Surroundings

Luxury villa Foz do Banho is on the way to the mountain village Monchique, but within walking distance from Caldas the Monchique, a fairy-tale village, well known for its natural springs. The Romans and the Moors already used the bubbling spring water and this hidden source still works. The thermal water bubbles up from 33 ° C and helps against many diseases.
Here you find a few nice bars and restaurants. Apart from this, there is an excellent restaurant, named Foz do Banho (!) about 100 meters walk from the luxury villa Algarve!

Serra de Monchique, is a mountain range stretching from west to east and has two main peaks, the Foia (900 meters) and the Picote (775 meters).
The vegetation shows a merging of subtropical and Mediterranean species: Central European oaks, pines, chestnuts, cork oaks, walnut trees, strawberry trees, azaleas, heather and oleander plants. In the valleys, you see bananas, oranges and olives.
Monchique is situated at an altitude of 450 meters on the mountainside. Is known for its furniture and baskets and for its ham. It is a small mountain town, 10 minutes drive from Foz do Banho.

The luxury villa Algarve is only 20 minutes drive to Portimao, where you find the largest shopping centre of Portugal, Agua Shopping, and many large supermarkets and other shops, like Primark and H&M. Another 5 minutes drive and you are at Praia da Rocha, well known for its beautiful beach with nice rock formations, and lively night live, lots of bars, restaurants, a Marina (harbor) and lots of nice beach bars.

Not far from the villa (5 km) is an 18 hole golf course (Morgado), and the Omega Zoo is also only a 5 minutes drive. Other activities in the Algarve within easy reach from Foz do Banho Monchique, are sailing, mountain biking, walking, bicycling, dolphin watching and jeep safaris.

For more quiet beaches, in half an hour’s drive, you are at the West Coast, Aljezur, where you find beautiful white sandy beaches, lots of surfers, and a completely different world than Praia da Rocha!

Each house has a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and accommodates 2-6 people. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and table and chairs on the terrace looking over the pool area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

Enjoy the Ferragudo Elements Algarve common facilities including a sauna, wellness facilities, patio area with BBQ, Hot Tub, playroom for children, quality sunbeds and a swimming pool. For the sporty ones, there is free use of bicycles (6 in total), kayak and private gym.

The townhouse is situated in the centre of the fishing village of Ferragudo. Beaches, restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance. Eat in and enjoy the convenience of cooking your own meal or dine out at one of the typical restaurants of the village. A little ferry boat takes you across the river to the lively harbour of Portimao as well as the centre of Portimao. There you will find a variety of bars and restaurants and shopping areas.

The clear blue Atlantic Ocean makes the Algarve an ideal place for swimming, water sports, boat tours and sailing trips. The beautiful landscape of the interior Algarve invites you to undertake other activities. Activities in and around Ferragudo:
